FULLY LEASED FOR 2024-2025. Welcome to the apartments at Trapper’s Keep 3. Located just outside of downtown Boone, this charming apartment complex is close to ASU campus, and an AppalCART stop! This complex offers both 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. The rooms are spacious and include a ceiling fan, large closet, and their own bathroom. Select ADA units may have one less bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find modern stainless steel appliances, light colored cabinets, a fun tile backsplash, and sprawling granite countertops for increased space. The living area boasts luxury vinyl plank flooring, which resembles restored barnwood, and large windows. Each unit has a stacked washer/dryer, central heat and A/C. Bedrooms are either luxury vinyl planks or carpet.

 

Trapper’s Keep 3 rents vary based on bedroom and are individual leases. In the 2-bedroom units, the larger bedroom rents for $890 while the smaller bedroom rents for $880. In the 3-bedroom units, the bedrooms with an attached bath rent for $855 and the bedroom with the detached bath rents for $845. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking!


Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
