Located on West King Street and Old Bristol Rd, these apartments offer all-inclusive living in one of our best selling 4bd/4ba floorplans. Trapper’s Keep 1 is a 12 minute walk to ASU and King Street. With luxury vinyl planks, ceiling fans, open floor plan, and plenty of windows, the living area has a lot to offer each prospective tenant. There is a corner kitchen with plenty of open space for your dining room table, a new modern light fixture, and stainless steel appliances. In select units, a center island with a breakfast nook should catch your eye. Each bedroom has ample space, ceiling fans, sizable closets, and an attached bath. Each unit has a washer/dryer, central heat and A/C.


Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.


Trapper’s Keep 1 is rented on individual leases. Security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent, with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity.
