4-bedroom units rent for $630 per bed. 2-bedroom units rent for $725 per bed. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes an on-site dumpster for trash disposal. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
