This apartment complex offers both 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom floorplans with an outdoor greenspace to enjoy that includes a basketball hoop, volleyball net, outdoor grills, and picnic tables. All units feature and open-concept living space and include a refrigerator and stove. There is a laundry room on site for the complex to use. Select units are renovated to include updated features such as new kitchen cabinetry. 


The rent amount for 2-bedroom units varies based on the unit's features. Unrenovated units rent for $1150, while renovated units rent for $1280. All 1-bedroom units rent for $925. Rent includes well water & septic, along with an on-site dumpster for trash disposal and recycling. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC. Each unit is jointly leased. The security deposit is typically equal to the rental amount. There is a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The units are pet friendly for no more than 1 pet per bedroom. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply, so ask your leasing representative for more information. Free parking is available for tenants at this complex.
