This fee is per roommate, in order to reserve the unit/bedroom we have offered you, as well as create your lease and establish your Online Tenant Portal. This fee must be paid before the creation of your lease will begin. Once the administrative fee is received, you will receive your lease for review, as well as the security deposit request for your unit.
