There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and it's own en-suite bathroom with tile floors.

Forrest Edge bedrooms vary in size and in price, and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person and the security deposit is equal to the rental rate.

The available room is Bed A, which is on the main floor, for $555 per month.

The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity per bedroom.

Parking at this complex is limited, and each unit only has three parking spots. Parking is an additional $40 per month, and is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis; parking is available for this lease transfer! There is no guest parking available. Sorry! This is not a pet-friendly property.
