Nathan's Walk Apartments are conveniently situated on Queen Street, with easy access to downtown Boone and a short walk from App State's campus; perfect for both students and professionals!

Nathan's Walk has individual leases. Security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes water/sewer, an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, a monthly utility allowance of $35 for electricity per unit, and hardwire internet access through SkyBest. Parking is available for an additional $60 per month. No guest parking available. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC. There is not an in-unit washer/dryer but there is a laundry room for the complex.
