Parking at this complex is limited and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Because of this, some tenants will be required to park at an alternate lot located at Watauga Village, a short walk across the road. There is NO guest parking available. Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. A limit of 2 dogs per unit with size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
