What is an Emergency?
An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, or property. Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a worsening of the situation.
1. Water damage due to flooding or leaks
2. No heat during cold weather
3. No water
4. Fire CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY
5. Electrical short
Who to Contact in an Emergency?
If during normal business hours, an emergency should be called into the office immediately. If you have an emergency after hours, call the office at 828-262-4646 and press option #1 and your call will be transferred to an Emergency Maintenance Technician.
