Our Team

Boone High Country Rentals has a full-time staff, all with dedicated abilities. We also offer Saturday office hours, weekend and evening showings where needed, and a 24hr emergency service line. Our in-house Maintenance Supervisor provides a cost savings to our owners by being able to take care of general maintenance of the property, without the need to outsource to a specific contractor for every request. The selection of each of our staff members is based on strengths that each individual offers to our well rounded, professional team:

  • Ashley Daughtry, Business Development Manager, handles new business, key accounts, property management agreements, and coordinates social media, advertising, and marketing
  • Wesley Berry, Leasing Manager, oversees marketing to tenants and leasing process
  • Jordan Steady, Leasing Coordinator, handles general office administration and the processing of leases
  • Rachel Hall, Leasing Assistant, assists in the coordination and scheduling of property showings
  • Hunter Trombetta, Leasing Assistant, assists in property showings and tenant communications
  • Lily Suarez, Accounting Manager, oversees A/R and A/P, and accounting staff
  • Scott Bullock, Accounting Assistant, handles POA/HOA accounting and reconciliation
  • Jodi McCall, Accounting Assistant, handles accounts payable and general office administration
  • Caroline Miller, Accounting Assistant, handles accounts payable and general office administration
  • Heidi Houser, Accounting Assistant, handles accounts receivable and general office administration
  • Diana Perez, Client Services/Maintenance Coordinator, supervises all maintenance related issues and facilitates any repairs and/or maintenance for any of our long-term rental properties
  • Jason Coggins, Maintenance Supervisor, responds to and coordinates maintenance requests and oversees and provides routine property checks
  • Thomas Steele Property Management Assistant, facilitates maintenance needs and requests
  • Wes Howarth, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, responds to maintenance repairs and property checks

Our Managing Partners and Owners

Todd Rice, CRS, GRI, BIC

Todd Rice is a co-owner and managing partner of Boone High Country Rentals and has been in the real estate business for 12 years. Prior to real estate, Todd was in sales and executive management for Hyatt and Hilton Hotels in Dallas, Denver, Chicago and New York City. Todd is an active member of the High Country Association of REALTORS, a Broker-In-Charge and a licensed REALTOR in North Carolina and Tennessee. Under the planning and execution from the co-owners and team, the property management business has grown since inception to now the most influential rental management group in the area, delivering positive results for property owners, clients, and tenants.

Bill Aceto, BIC

Bill Aceto is a co-owner and managing partner of Boone High Country Rentals and has been in property management for more than a decade. Bill has held leadership positions for various boards in the area, including the High Country Association of Realtors MLS Committee as Executive Committee Treasurer, Town of Boone Board of Adjustment. Bill completed the Green REALTOR designation and is a member of the High Country Association of Realtors. Bill is a Broker-In-Charge and a licensed REALTOR in North Carolina. Bill is active in the daily operations of Boone High Country Rentals and a leader with installing systems, policies, procedures, and technology which supports the fast changing demand as expected from our clients and property owners.
